Views filter view - Filter a view by the results of another view.

Backbone - Provides a foundation for the development of Backbone.js apps with Drupal. Contains classes for working with Drupal nodes, node listings and views in Backbone Apps.

Output Alter - Provides hook_alter_output() to modify completely rendered pages

Cute Date - Format dates with expressions like "last thursday" or "two hours ago".

HeadJS - Speeds up the downloading of javascript on your site by allowing parallel downloads.

iTweak Links - Remove some node links, or turn them into dropdown menus.

Webform MySQL Views - This module creates MySQL views that flatten the data collected by the Webform module. If you've ever tried to extract Webform data from the database directly, you know what a nightmare it is. This is much needed.

Feeds Hacks - Add-ons for the Feeds module.

VideoJS - An HTML5 video player. Make your Drupal site iPad friendly.

Sign Here - A jQuery-based CCK field for taking signatures on an iPad or similar device. Drupal POS, anyone?
